		<description>MPs going back to Parliament would have little or no effect. It would be a rump parliament, unable to pass legislation or control the bureaucracy. At best, a parliament without the Conservatives would be useless. At worst, it would be an embarrassing charade.

Now, if the committees were to start sitting unofficially, they could have some effect. Although they would have a hard time convincing anyone to provide them with testimony.</description>
